Been playing Red Steel 2 on the Wii. The combat is great fun alternating between using your katana and sidearm. You can train to learn new power moves and buy enhancements for your weapons. There's even a great interactive Inidana Jones-style hanging-off-the-side-of-a-speeding-car scene.
If anything though the walking back and forth between training, missions, etc... almost ruins the game due to a near uncontrollable "point-to-the-screen-to-look" system of movement. Even on the most forgiving movement preset you'll be staggering around like a drunken, crazy person. Thankfully you can edit the controls to such a finite degree you can just about fix this (by setting the x/y camera pan speeds to about 1/3). I recommend you do this early on.
Graphics are amazing for the Wii as well. Very reminiscent of Borderlands.
If this is any indication for the newer motion plus games, then the new Zelda game should be something to look forward to.
