Yes, like g darius! I have a bunch of R-Type games (Delta for the PS1 being my favorite) and I probably warped my Ikaruga disc on Gamecube. I really wish I could find a decent arcade with a bunch of shooters; just twitch reflex and multiple screen-spanning bosses. Mega Man always striked me as more of just a "action" game, as generic as that sounds, but the old Mega Man games are fantastic. Hell, even like half of the Mega Man X games are good, and the Mega Man Zero (is it zero? I can't remember) for the Game Boy Advance were really good too.
Is Size Matters the PSP one?
I used to play Street Fighter Alpha III on...Dreamcast, I think? Anyway, if I had a PS3 I would love to play against you and yer brother in SFIV (I think it's online, I don't know. What game isn't online these days?).

Is Size Matters the PSP one? yes, psp but it's on ps2 as well. you should ttly get it! or dl it! do people here dl ps2 games? o:

I still show it to people regularly! Just a really succinct explanation of why it's one of the best games ever, and probably my favorite as far as single-player games go.

Twelve years prior to the game, Charles Barkley, in an attempt to impress his son Hoopz Barkley, performs a Chaos Dunk—and inadvertently kills almost everyone present. As a result, basketball was made illegal and nearly all great players were killed in "The Great B-Ball Purge of 2041" (a.k.a "B-Ballnacht"). In 2053, another Chaos Dunk rocks Manhattan, killing fifteen million, and the blame falls on Charles, who is believed to be the only human capable of performing the Chaos Dunk. With the help of the Ultimate Hellbane, Charles escapes his pursuers: the B-Ball Removal Department, led by ex-NBA all-star Michael Jordan.

My PS3 is unfortunately not hooked up to the net at the moment, so I'm not quite getting the full experience, but it's still great. It's kinda like Diablo in that no matter how far you get in a level, when you die you have to restart from the beginning and everything is reset. I've died more times than I care to remember. I can see how that would be a turnoff to casual gamers, but I think it's a great throwback to old-school RPGs & platformers. Far more rewarding than a button-mashing hack-n-slash fest like God of War (which is still great fun, don't get me wrong). Definitely the best PS3 exclusive game I've played thus far.
